Working Principle

When the XL Screw sand washing machine works, the motor drives the screw to rotate slowly through the reduction of triangular belt, reducer and gear. The sand stone enters the feeding groove and rolls under the drive of screw and grinds to each other. At teh same time, water is added to form strong water flow, and impurities and foreign bodies with small gravity are taken away in time, abd discharge from the overflow outlet wash tank to complete the cleaning effect. The clean sand is carried away by the blade, and finally the sand is poured into the discharge through from the rotating screw to complete the cleaning of the sand.
