Features
1)Improve the work area of the crusher by unique V-shaped chamber design.
2)Faster speed, stronger crushing performance, larger handling capacity, and higher crushing efficiency. Compared with PE series jaw crusher, its production capacity is 30% increase and the power consumption is 20% reduction.
3)Adopt an overall welding structure frame, with advantages of good rigidity, high strength, and convenient installation and maintenance. The adjustment of the discharge port is convenient and flexible.
4)Adjust the port size by rotating the screw, the method is easy and the adjustment range is larger. The motor is installed on the rack, the space of the whole machine is saved, and easier to tighten the triangle belt.
5)Apply optional vibration-reducing steel frame to lighten a load of foundation effectively and make civil construction easier.

Working Principle
The PEV Jaw Crusher is powered by a motor. Through the motor pulley, the eccentric shaft is driven by the V-belt and the sheave, so that the movable jaw reciprocates along the predetermined tracks to crush materials inside the crushing cavity. Materials, after being processed and reaching the standard, would be discharged from the lower discharge opening.

Application Scope
As a primary crusher of ore and rock, this product is widely used in ore mines, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy, and chemical industry, etc. Treat material like granite, basalt, limestone and iron ore, etc.
